Most consumers look up a business on the web before reaching out to it. As a business owner, having an online presence is your best (and likely least costly) form of advertisement. I require 50% up front and 50% upon launch for smaller sites. Larger sites are required to provide 50% up front, 25% halfway through and the final 25% upon launch of the website.

I am not a web host, but web hosting can be confusing so I do provide a consultation service for my clients for a small fee.
